This Privacy (“Policy”) applies to the securing and processing of personal data by SHAKTI RISING RETREATS (hereinafter “STR”) in connection with personal data provided by any person (“User”) who has purchased or intends to purchase or inquires about any product(s) or service(s) made by STR through any of STR’s interface channels including website or mobile site (collectively referred herein as “Sales Channels”).

 

For the purpose of Privacy Policy:

- References in this policy to “you” or “your” are references to ‘User

- References to “we”, “us” or “our” are references to ‘STR

- References to “website” mean a reference to ‘website(s)’, ‘mobile site(s)’ and mobile app(s)

 

By accessing or using the website or any other sales channel, the User agrees with the term of the Privacy Policy and the contents herein. Your privacy is important to us and we recognise that the use and disclosure of personal data has important implications for us and for the users whose personal data we process.

 

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Verification process

We will inform you of any such extension within the initial 45-day response period, together with the reason for the extension.

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

 

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
