Single / Double Occupancy: $15,500 per person

Flat Rate for All: Same cost for single or double occupancy — no hidden charges based on room sharing.
Single Occupancy Priority: We will always aim for single rooms for each participant where possible, to support your personal space and reflection time.
Shared Rooms Where Necessary: In remote regions like Ladakh, single rooms may be limited — shared rooms will be arranged respectfully and mindfully.
All-Inclusive Comfort: The price covers accommodation, travel within India including all domestic flights, meals, retreat facilitation, cultural experiences, and more.
No Surprises: Clear and upfront — no last-minute add-ons or hidden costs.

A non-refundable deposit of $3000 USD is required to confirm your place.
Pay the rest on the first day of our meeting. (We understand - It's tough to trust to commit with this much amount without ever seeing a person.)

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

✔︎ All our amazing meals — from breakfast to dinner — inspired by mouth-watering local cuisines.

✔︎ Transportation and transfers to and from the airport. ✔︎ All domestic transportations including flights and vehicles that are part of the retreat.
✔︎ Comfortable, authentic single occupancy accommodations throughout the retreat - double occupancy could be resorted to in places such as Ladakh which usually has smaller hotels.
✔︎ All entry fees to sacred and cultural sites including Taj Mahal, Ladakh, and Rajasthan locations between all retreat destinations.

✔︎ All local guides to get more insights into folk knowledge of the places.
✔︎ All spiritual sessions including morning yoga, meditation, breathwork and rituals.

✔︎ All tips related to group activity such as tips for guides or taxi drivers.

WHAT'S NOT-INCLUDED?

✗ International airfare to and from India.

✗ Entry visa to India.

✗ Travel and Health Insurance or any other tests (encouraged to help protect you in case of any Travel Incidents, Illness or Emergencies).

✗ Personal expenses such as souvenirs, laundry, and phone calls.
✗ Personally initiated tips and gratuities for guides, drivers, and service staff (at your discretion; not mandatory).
✗ Costs due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or flight delays.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $3000 USD deposit.
Any cancellation made before Augutst 15th, 2025 will result in a 50% loss of the trip price.
No Refund for cancellations made after August 15th, 2025
Refunds exclude non-refundable airfare.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum. (If we do so, you will be refunded in full.)

We strongly recommend TRAVEL INSURANCE that covers trip cancellation and unforeseen medical expenses. If we find that the trip is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case your payments will be fully refunded.
